 Greece, Island of Rhodes: Platia Martirion Efreon (Jewish Martyrs' Square), formerly called "Archbishop Square", named for the ca. 2000 Jews who were rounded up here by the Nazis and transported to concentration camps. In the centre is a fountain, crowned with 3 bronze seahorses, introduced during the Italian occupation.
